Great place for a holiday getaway. 🌟 We didn't have enough time this round, but definitely planning a return trip. Enjoyed our stay and everything about this spot!

The restaurant was nice for dinner, we ordered HOT dishes. The location was great and lovely, at a medium distance from Parc de Saint-Cloud. You could walk to a supermarket and shops.

the folks working here were very kind and nice. the view from twin room was exceptionally good. it included a private safe, central heating and an iron, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The double room is nicely furnished, offering good views and amenities such as an ironing set, tea and coffee making facilities, and a work desk.

Everything was simply perfect. the staff was attentive in all services. - the location was perfect, close enough to shops, commercial outlets, and restaurants.

Failure of reception staff to properly respond when booked taxi for airport did not arrive 20 minutes after booked time. Staff simply offered excuses and I eventually had to insist that they booked another taxi. Consequently I almost missed my return flight to uk. Also the bill for accommodation was incorrect, showing 2 breakfasts instead of 1. The same for my colleague and it took far too long for the receptionist to understand and correct - while taking incoming phone calls at the same time.

It was a very pleasant experience in Saint-Cloud. the place is nicely decorated and the staff is especially helpful. - the location is unbeatable and peaceful, with private parking for guests. - Great customer service and everything was perfect.

Service is bad, we asked to book a taxi the night before, but they didn't, so the following day it took one hour to have the taxi and we lost our appointment!

breakfast was expensive 12.50 euro each day when we booked we were told 10.50 euro restaurant closed in hotel on weekend only one restaurant near to hotel and its closed on a sunday so we had no evening meal on the sunday

Friendly, helpful staff and small but very comfortable room. Please be aware, this hotel is close to the train station, not the metro station. Print a map of the area if you travel by metro.
